Pete Pinnington Presents provide a range of qualified chef's for any event.

Have you ever fancied a private chef for the day, just imagine getting say, 10 of your best friends, family, or Business Associates, around, sit them down and have Chef serve them a unique 3 - 6 course meal, what a way to celebrate or impress in your own home or chosen establishment, whether it be a Party, Wedding, Anniversary, Board Meeting, Corporate Promotion, or just for fun, Its stress free!

Once booked, prior to your dinner party you will be contacted by one of our top chefs, who will provide and discuss the menu & beverage choices with you, he/she will advise you as to the amount and quality of produce and ingredients you need to get for your meal, Chef will also assess if he/she needs to bring any other essential equipment with them. Chef can cater for any special dietary needs or if anyone is vegetarian he/she can allow for this also.

Celebrity Masterchef - Brian Mellor

Brian Mellor, Award Winning Masterchef of Great Britain and holds Master Craftsman with The Craft Guild of Chefs. The former Granada TV Exec Chef has been involved in almost everything to do with food; never limiting himself to one area he has carefully engineered his career to experience different aspects of the business. Fine dining to gastro pubs and brasseries, private and corporate hospitality, media, festivals and international events all sit comfortably with his portfolio.

In addition to his own farm based cookery school, Brian Mellor operates as a "Whites on hands on" consultant with a variety of clients to develop their food businesses and enthuse their teams. Bespoke workshops such as "Prep to Dem" are designed to enhance their careers, building there overall skills and confidence whether in the workplace, performing live or participating in competitions. He also encourages accomplished chefs to become effective mentors for the young generation of chefs with the "Senior Mentorship Course" held in association with The British Food Trust.

Brian has held a variety of Head Chef, Executive Chef and Group Executive Chef roles, responsible for multi site operations and staff thereby developing his communication and managerial techniques in addition to his cooking skills. He continues to work on behalf of international equipment and food producers, Food Festivals, Primary Care Trusts, Hospitality Skills Theatres, Equine and Agricultural Shows to help them deliver their message, entertain and act as a host for fellow chefs.

Celebrity Chef - David Mooney

Chef - David Mooney is the most charismatic, personable & capable chef working in the chef demonstration circuit today. He combines a huge amount of cooking skill, learnt over a 25 year period from training under Chef Marco Pierre White to leading kitchens from high street operations to Michelin standard Restaurants, with superb business acumen, David also has a wealth of presenting skills, from live T.V. and in store demonstrations.

David has worked with, Hairy Bikers Food Tour of Britain BBC2 September 2009 representing Cheshire, Food Hunters - North West regional TV, Granada Tonight - Resident Chef for 2 years, The Shopping Channel - Demonstrating & selling various cookware lines.

David Mooney has also provided many cooking demonstrations such as The Food Lovers Fair Tatton, Nantwich Food Show, Cheshire County Show, Manchester Food and Drink Festival, Real Food from Lancashire Show, Southport Flower Show, Bristol Slow Food Festival, Chester Food & Drink Show, BBC Good Food Show Birmingham, Plus Many local demos at schools, colleges & charities.

Celebrity Chef - Franck Pontais

Franck Pontais has twenty years of the finest gastronomic experience, starting as a butcher and following on to the prestigious Parisien Culinery school CEPROC where he attended classes for four years with Jean Pierre Odeau.

In his Persuit to continue learning and advance his skills further Franck worked for Harrods and Selfridges in various culinery roles, most notably at Selfridges where he launched the Traiteur Department in Manchester, Franck is also well known from the BBC Ready Steady Cook Programme.

Celebrity Chef - Peter Gorton

Masterchef Peter Gorton is Vice Chairman of Masterchef's of Great Britain Peter began his career in 1980 at the age of 16 and trained at some of the best restaurants in Great Britain and around the world including Melbourne, Australia and Paris.

Peter has become one of the best known and well regarded chefs with years of Michelin Star experience. He has made a number of local television series' his latest, Little Chefs, a six part programme, is currently being shown on ITV Westcountry

He is happy in the media spotlight and regularly contributes to magazine articles and recipe columns for the local and national media. He's also a regular voice on BBC Radio Devon's Breakfast Show where he gives tips and recipe ideas to listeners on the show's 'phone in'.

Peter Gorton is always out and about doing public cookery demonstrations and is well known at his region's many many food events including the Tavistock Food Festival, Plymouth Flavourfest and Exeter's Taste of the West.

As well as writing a cookery book 'Peter Gorton's Horn of Plenty', he has also won numerous awards and accolades over the years.

Alan Coxon TV Entertainer and Food Archaeologist, he established a reputation as one of the worlds favourite TV Chef's and Presenters. With exceptional culinary talent and unparalleled knowledge for the earliest origins of world cuisine. His dishes have the rare quality of being both stunning, yet easy to re-create at home.

With a fun, approachable and interactive style, Alan is recognised as a leader in his field and highly respected player by both the world of TV media and by his peers in the food industry.

With three cookbooks an award range of Historic food Products including a unique mediaeval "Ale-Gar", and a soon to be launched Historic Crisp range, together with numerous radio, magazine and live appearances also to his name. Alan has cemented his place among cookery's broadcasting elite.

Alan Coxon has worked with a few of the worlds sporting legends cooking with them in their own homes. Alan looked at how important food played to their physical fitness and success.Legends include- Gary Player, Zola Budd, Francois Pienner, Baby Jake, Aland Donald and football legend Jomo Somo "Coxons Royal Feast" This unique series of six -30minute shows, was ground breaking in the fact that never before had a Southern African Royalty rulers been exposed to cooking on TV or allowing a film crew to film behind the scenes in the Royal Homes. Alan was privileged to see into their lives offering a culinary journey beyond belief.

Celebrity Chef - Peter Sidwell

Peter Sidwell has been a chef for 17 years, graduating from Beverley College in Yorkshire, before going on to work in several of the very best hotels in York and learning his trade. He then went on to travel around Europe enjoying cooking his way around the continent. The bright lights of the big city were tempting for a while, but having furthered his training on the London restaurant scene, he decided that he'd like to get back to his roots to work on a passion of his; baking. Peter joined a local bakery near York for several years, refining his skills and learning how to make great bread and work with pastry.

He followed that by moving into corporate catering for an international bank, where his remit included cooking for their private functions, training other chefs and creating food offerings in all sorts of places. Finally, having spent more time in a business suit than in his chef's whites, he decided to go it alone; a life changing decision and the beginning of Good Taste! In 2007 Peter started writing "Simply Good Taste", his first book. He published it himself and sold over 4000 copies in the first year.

Following that success Simon & Schuster snapped the book up and they released "Simply Good Taste" on a national level in April 2009. Peter followed up the first book with a bespoke bread machine cookery book "Simply Good Bread" for Panasonic and Carr's flour.

This was a great marketing success for Panasonic and he is now working on three new books set for publication over the next 2 years; SIMPLY GOOD: PASTA; SIMPLY GOOD: BREAD and SIMPLY GOOD: FAMILY FOOD as well as an E book for the iPhone and iPad. LAKES ON A PLATE Peter's new TV series is currently being filmed by Liberty Bell and is set for broadcast on Channel 4 from the 6th September 2010.
